Yes. Each rental agreement sets its own cadence — weekly, monthly, or a custom day-of-month. The billing engine handles all schedules concurrently and prorates correctly when someone starts or moves mid-cycle.
Will the overdue notices upset my renters?
The sequence is professional and graduated: a friendly reminder on day one, a firmer overdue notice on day three, and a formal lease-violation email with the signed rental agreement attached on day seven. Renters aren't blindsided — they see it coming.
Do I need to set up my own Stripe account?
On Studio and Multi tiers you connect your existing or new Stripe account via Stripe Connect Express. Rent deposits go directly to your bank, net of the platform fee. Solo tier processes payments through the platform without a separate setup.
Can I keep using Square Appointments or Booksy for client booking?
Yes. BoothRent.app handles renter billing and vacancy management; your existing booking tool continues to manage client appointments. There's no overlap and nothing to migrate.
What do I have to do for 1099s at year-end?
